The initial visit consists of a consult and treatment which is scheduled for 90 minutes.  Subsequent visits normally last 30 - 45 minutes.
     I offer a clean, calm, supportive environment for you to relax and unwind in. Most of us lead stressful lives and neglect to give ourselves the time we need to heal.
We recommend that you wear loose fitting clothing or bring a short sleeve shirt and a pair of shorts to change into.  Patient gowns are also available to maintain your privacy at all times. I use sterile disposable  prepackaged  hair thin needles which are placed very superficially and painlessly into the skin. We can also use  chi gong energy non insertion of needles method for treatment. Your comfort is important to me.    Other modalities that may be used in your treatment are:  electrical stimulation, cupping, hot packs, herbal packs and a mineral heat lamp.  All of these will be explained to you before they are used. 
   My clients find the experience to be very relaxing.  It is not uncommon for someone to fall asleep during a treatment and wake up  with a feeling of renewed energy and a sense of calm.
